This wasn't a hike, but something I feel like writing about. We did this with the Riverman just over the river (Vaal) from Parys.
We had the full team assembled to get onto the river, two in a boat and some in the captains boat. There were a few rough sections, which did take their toll, some of us fell out, including me. Overall it was lots of fun and enjoyed by all of us. We want more and longer trips.
